Greg is a seasoned business leader with over 30 years of international experience in corporate strategy, investment banking, and entrepreneurship. Known for his ability to navigate complex business challenges and deliver results, Greg has worked across a diverse range of industries, including Consumer Goods (FMCG), Technology, Nutraceutical, Hospitality, and Education.

As a Founding Partner at Three Sixty Capital Partners, Greg has been instrumental in leading key transactions and helping mid-market businesses achieve their growth and exit objectives. His expertise spans mergers and acquisitions, divestments, and capital raising, with a focus on creating tailored strategies that maximize value for clients.

Greg’s career has taken him from London to Hong Kong, where he spent over a decade driving business operations across the Asia-Pacific region. Upon returning to New Zealand, he successfully turned around a leading new-media technology company, overseeing its acquisition and integration with an Australian subsidiary.

With experience at top-tier organisations such as IBM, EDS, NZI, and ARCO, Greg has a proven track record in business growth, strategic development, and mergers and acquisitions. He has facilitated over US$700 million in business transactions and played a key role in launching innovative ventures such as Yes Television Asia, an early leader in IPTV.

Beyond his professional roles, Greg is an active Angel Investor and sits on the boards of companies he supports. He also serves on the advisory board of Flying Kiwis Angels (FKA) and as Deputy Chair of the Takapuna Beach Business Association (TBBA), where he leads the Techapuna initiative to drive innovation and growth. Additionally, Greg contributes to the Growth North Innovation District Project, collaborating with Massey University to support emerging businesses.

Greg maintains a keen interest in emerging technologies, particularly blockchain and cryptocurrencies, and enjoys exploring their potential to reshape industries.
