Three Sixty were engaged by SaaS company SiteSoft International to source and manage acquisitions and partnerships in New Zealand and Australia. We are pleased with the outcome and are looking forward to continuing to work with the company.

SiteSoft International Ltd has merged (through acquisition) with Lucidity Software, a leading Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) software provider in December 2021.

Lucidity Software, an end-to-end HSEQ management system is an Australian company that currently serves over 330 clients, jointly there are over 500,000 users, primarily in the construction, industrial, health and government sectors.

On the strategic merger, Tim Manning from Sitesoft International explained “ we were very excited to identify a complementary partner in Lucidity Software. Our offering to the HSEQ market is enhanced by this merger and our combined team is stronger for it.”

James Graham, CEO of Lucidity commented, “ We very quickly realised that by bringing together the two businesses we could carve out a unique position in the HSEQ SaaS market that allowed us to better deliver against our purpose of ‘helping create a world where our client’s people & partners feel safe throughout the day’. Specifically with a product offering that extends from small to medium-sized businesses (covered by the SetConnect product) through to large and enterprise businesses (covered by the Lucidity & Lucidity+ products) through a range of verticals from construction, healthcare, industrial, government, property & production.

The knowledge inherited from the merging of the two companies creates a broad skill set enabling a more holistic understanding of workplace health, safety, environment and quality needs across multiple disciplines in both the Australian and New Zealand markets. By leveraging both companies strengths and experience Lucidity will now be able to offer a full HSEQ platform for small to medium, large and enterprise size businesses. Creating work environments where people feel safe.

It will be a seamless transition for clients whose relationships with the companies will go unchanged. James Graham will become the group CEO, Tim Manning becomes Executive Director on the board, along with Chairman Phil Norman (Chairman of Straker (ASX:STG) and founding Chairman of Xero), Randy Reddig (founding member of Square), Paul Bayly, and Executive Director Anita Scott-Murphy from Lucidity. All are fully committed to growing and developing the business.
