Health & Herbs bought by Australian dietary supplement leader

North Shore based dietary supplements business Health & Herbs International Ltd has been bought for an undisclosed sum by Sydney based PharmaCare Laboratories, a leader in innovation in the natural health industry.

The sale and purchase transaction was managed by investment bank Three Sixty Capital Partners. Lawyer Simon Palmer of Palmer & Associates assisted the vendor.

The Chairman of PharmaCare Laboratories, Toby Browne, said that he was looking forward to having his company participate in New Zealand’s growing economy.

Brett Edmonds, the exiting owner of Health & Herbs, acknowledged that the sale will allow the company to be taken to the next level of growth and development.

Greg Young, who led the Three Sixty Capital Partners team, believes that the growing number of international transactions that the firm is handling is a sign of confidence in the economic fundamentals of New Zealand.
