Three Sixty Capital Partners
is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Clarke as an Associate.
With a background spanning over 30 years across the financial and commercial trading sectors, Michael has a diverse New Zealand and international experience to draw on.
Upon graduating from Massey University with a business degree, Michael spent several years working for various financial institutions before heading overseas in 1987 and basing himself in London. While working for a large American stockbroker and a major European bank, Michael also studied ‘International Trade’ at London’s City University.
On returning to New Zealand in the early ‘90s Michael held positions with the National Bank in both Private Wealth and Corporate trade roles.
Michael then managed the New Zealand office for an Australian Investment Bank, Challenger International. This led on to then establishing a New Zealand post for the world’s largest Corporate Trading Company, Active International, which is based in New York.
After several years working and travelling between Australia and USA, Michael established his own business broking business in 2008 specializing in transport, logistics, manufacturing and import/export businesses.
Three Sixty Capital Partners’ Managing Partner Richard Wood says “Michael’s extensive transactional experience and knowledge brings a further addition to our firm’s network and skill-base. This will add momentum to our rapidly growing case-load and services we offer our clients”.
